Who this is about
Interfacet is a two-person interface design studio. This page covers interfacet.co and nothing else — not the products shown in our cases, which belong to their own companies and have their own policies.
Anything here, in either direction, goes to studio@interfacet.co.
What we collect
One thing: whatever you type into the enquiry form.
- A link to your product — so we can look at it.
- A way to reply — email, Telegram or WhatsApp, whichever you gave us.
- What is not working, if you chose to write it. That field is optional.
Nothing is collected from people who only read the site. There is no account to create, no newsletter, no form that fills itself in from somewhere else.
Like every site on the internet, ours is served by a company that necessarily sees the IP address a request came from. Ours is Cloudflare. We do not build anything on top of that.
Why, and on what basis
To read your enquiry and answer it. You wrote to us first, so the basis is your own request and our interest in replying to it. There is no consent checkbox on the form because there is nothing to consent to beyond the reply you asked for.
We will not add you to a mailing list, and we will not write to you about anything other than the enquiry you sent.
Where it goes
- Google — the enquiry is written into a private Google Sheet and a notification is emailed to us. Google acts as our processor and stores this on its own infrastructure, which is outside the EU.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and, if we switch on its anti-spam check, sees the signals that check needs. It never sees the contents of your message.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, share or trade any of it, and there are no advertising or data-broker tools anywhere on this site.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months from our last exchange, then it is deleted from the sheet. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we delete it and confirm — no questions, no retention form.
What this site does not do
- No cookies. Not one, of any kind.
- No analytics, no trackers, no pixels. We do not count you.
- Fonts are served from this domain, so loading a page does not announce your visit to a font provider.
- No third-party embeds — no maps, no video players, no chat widgets.
Which is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to ask you about.
What the browser remembers
The site stores a handful of values in your own browser. They never leave your device and they are not identifiers — each exists so the site behaves less annoyingly:
- that the intro animation has already played, so it does not replay;
- that you already wrote to us, or already opened the form, or clicked one of our contacts — so the enquiry prompt stays quiet.
Clearing your browser data removes them. Nothing breaks if you do.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can object to us holding it at all. Write to studio@interfacet.co — one person reads that address and will answer.
If you are in the EU or UK and think we have handled something badly, you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version we quietly replace.
